突然のシステム再起動の英語表現

システムが何かの障害でダウンして自動的に再起動（リブート）した現象の表現は「The system suddenly rebooted」で十分通じるが、「by oneself」や「on one's own」 のほうがよく使われるようだ。

The system rebooted by itself.
The systems rebooted by themselves.
The system rebooted on its own.
The systems rebooted on their own.

人間が何の操作もしてないのに勝手に再起動したというニュアンスが感じられる。日本語なら「ひとりでに再起動した」という言い方が当てはまるだろう。
